GTS has extensive experience in establishing, maintaining, and managing programs and individual projects for our clients. The GTS Way of management includes the typical development of scope, schedule, and cost, but also provides quality and ongoing communications to program stakeholders. GTS Program and Project Managers are provided supervision, guidance, and direction by our Management Team with expertise in managing utility programs and projects. Our experience with Program Management for our clients include the management of Integrity Assessment, Asset Verification and Knowledge, and Corrosion Engineering Programs. GTS Program managers work directly with our clients to understand all aspects of the Client’s program requirements, outline the program parameters, identify needed tools, organize the identified team members, and manage the work under a program management organization (PMO).
GTS provides project management services to manage individual Client projects and to support projects that materialize from specific programs. Our experience with Project Management includes project management of individual and multiple project assignments, as well as management of clients initiatives.
