Project Description
With Cache Creek Casino Resort’s ongoing expansions and new construction, the existing natural gas distribution system had been continually growing. Additional facilities, including the waste water treatment plant, golf course club house, pool and spa expansion, and new Genset Building, dramatically increased the demand on and size of the distribution system.

GTS Involvement
GTS provided engineering services, modeled the distribution system, wrote the operations and maintenance manual, and created the as-builts for the system. With new service lines being attached to the main line feeding CCCR, the services were attached with their own regulation and meter sets. The as-built package was created to allow emergency personnel to locate shut off valves quickly and efficiently. GTS also created the operations and maintenance manuals for the system to allow CCCR personnel to maintain the system and remain in compliance with Title 49, part 192.
