GTS developed the Pipeline Integrity Management Program (IMP) for Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD). The integrity management program is necessary to comply with the Pipeline Safety Improvement Act. GTS identified high consequence areas, performed the required risk management studies, developed methods and processes for integrity assessments, created the comprehensive integrity management program, update SMUD procedures and standards affected by the IMP, and integrated the IMP into SMUD's new GIS system.
