GTS developed technical guidelines, emergency plans, operating and maintenance procedures, and operator qualifications for many utility and privately-owned pipeline companies. GTS worked with the operating and engineering personnel to develop guidelines and plans that are specific to the client and not a canned one-size-fits-all product. In addition, GTS provided training to the client's employees on the implementation and tasks associated with the guidelines and plans.
