Asset Management

Strategy and implementation planning/assistance for optimizing the balance between utility asset physical condition (age, appearance, safety), operating performance (reliability and operability), and financial decisions (repair vs. replace) related to energy delivery business unit assets.

T&D Technical Support and Training

Effectiveness evaluation of engineering, construction, maintenance, and operating practices and standards in ensuring public and employee safety, operating efficiency, system reliability, and minimizing business risk.  Provide independent audits of facilities or records to ensure compliance with regulations or company standards.  Assist (design tools and facilitate effort) in ensuring practices are effective in transferring knowledge between workers during times of extreme attrition or workforce expansion.

Regulation and Litigation Support

Support for Law Departments in Attorney sponsored research of specific technical issues, incident investigation, and rate case preparation (discovery and witness preparation).
