The GTS Project and Construction Management workgroups provide services to our clients that add value to the project and ensure the successful completion of projects within cost, scope and schedule. GTS is positioned with project managers and construction expertise to manage pre-construction and during construction activities, including on-site construction management to ensure quick resolution of project obstacles. GTS employee’s have the knowledge and years of experience in the construction of utility infrastructure to manage projects from inception to completion. GTS has developed proven tools and processes used to support the successful completion of client projects.
