DIMP Engineering & Support
GTS provides implementation support including assessment, development, and execution of processes and procedures to meet regulatory requirements. GTS can assist in creating methods to organize a sound data governance program to ensure the right data is consistently defined, gathered, cleaned, controlled and managed, in a robust process with quality controls and quality assurance. Our teams have the capability to advise on information systems and technology that can be adopted and methods for long term data management and sustainability.
GTS will help clients prepare for distribution integrity management program audits by state regulatory commissions. GTS supports clients by facilitating threat identification and risk assessment. After evaluating the risk register, we provide support to develop additional performance metrics and process steps to enhance the DIMP. GTS provides an objective, third-party review to support revisions to integrity management programs. Our services include performing a program review to ascertain the regulatory issues at hand, after which GTS teams can perform the regulatory analysis to determine the threats and potential methods to assess asset conditions. After presenting a written report with recommendations, an updated integrity management program can be implemented. When PHMSA or state regulatory authorities provide audit findings, GTS will provide regulatory analysis or response strategies to support the operator in obtaining a fair audit outcome.
