Donavon Fink, PE

Donavon has over 15 years of engineering and project management experience with oil and gas pipelines and terminals.  Prior to joining GTS in 2012 Donavon held engineering and project management positions with a pipeline operator and consulting companies. Areas of expertise:

• Pipeline Design and Analysis for Retrofit and New Installations
• Hydrostatic Test Engineering for In-Situ and New Pipelines
• Operations, Maintenance, and Reliability Engineering
• In-Line Inspection Engineering
• Root Cause Failure Analysis
• Process Hazard Analysis (PHA)
• Program and Project Management

Donavon holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical & Environmental Engineering from University of California, Santa Barbara, an MBA from St. Mary’s College, and is a registered Professional Mechanical Engineer in CA.
